(MH-E-SRC): New. Used by mh-autoloads.
(mh-autoloads): New. Builds mh-e/mh-loaddefs.el. Rebuilds if any files
in MH-E-SRC have been updated.
(updates, compile, recompile, bootstrap): Depend on mh-autoloads.
